For an international company:
- Used EIM to export Siebel data for desktop usage where appropriate
- Provided on-line user application support to the Siebel user community
- Developed a procedure, which includes the execution of the appropriate Siebel and ORACLE procedures to establish new users.
- Developed system documentation and any necessary training materials in support of major system enhancements and release upgrades
- Built predefined queries to support and enhance system utilization and processing information
- Performed routine quality audits to ensure user compliance and satisfaction with the system
